Meditation allows us to relax our wandering minds and hone in on specific sensations, such as breathing, to experience all-over relief and prevent the day’s stresses from taking over. Enhance the benefits of meditation by using this blend of essential oils, which were chosen specifically to evoke a calm alertness, helping to take you into a calmer, more meditative state of mind.
Directions
To use during meditation practices, try diffusing this blend or add it to a passive diffuser for a gentler aromatic experience. You can also add it to aromatherapy jewelry or porous beads, such as lava rock, wood, and clay.
If you simply need to unwind (no meditating included!), this blend offers wonderfully relaxing and grounding essential oils that can help you feel calm and balanced.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.
