RETURNS:

No returns will be made unless the item was damaged in transit and reported to me within 3 days of receiving your item. We do not offer returns on items damaged due to the elements, cracks, or wear and tear.

If you receive your item and it is not what you expected, please do not hesitate to contact our shop so that we can make it right.

CANCELATIONS:

All items are custom made, if you would like to cancel your items. Please send me a message within 24 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, no cancelations will be accepted

ALL of our products are handmade with love and precise attention to detail. All of our items are engraved/cut with an industrial laser machine. Please keep in mind no two pieces of wood are the same, and no two products will appear identical in stain color, distressing, or natural detailing of the wood. The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Every item is as unique as every tree. Dark wood grain results in dark stain, and light wood grain results in light stain. Your monitor may also display colors differently than in real life. Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood. Laser cut items are created from plywood, acrylic, MDF or other laser safe and certified materials specified in the order listing. There may be burn marks, slight chips, or minor imperfections due to the laser cutting process and the nature of the material used. These products are very fragile and can break if mishandled or dropped.
