The stout snowman sculpture is decorated with a beloved holiday image from famed artist Marjolein Bastin and a cheerful "Merry Christmas" message. With a carrot nose and arms outstretched in a friendly "Welcome," this delightful snowman is dressed for the season in a sculpted Santa hat and striped scarf-the ideal place for a friendly cardinal to stop and take in the sights.
