We love our Sours, and this one might be the most exciting. My Sour history goes back to taking over a grow house in Vermont with the real Sour Diesel clone back in 2003. All the herb went to NYC where it was sold for $7200 a pound. I brought the clone with me to Humboldt when I moved to California in 2010 growing hundreds of pounds each year between 2011-2016, and started breeding with it in 2011. This powerful Sour Diesel based seed line was grown by many commercial farmers in Humboldt, and sold to buyers as Sour Diesel from 2012-2017. Some farms in Grass Valley and parts of the Sierra Foothills still run a cut from these seeds as a means to support their families and community, now a decade later. Large licensed companies such as Trulieve and Crestco have also selected plants from this line that are still in production and top sellers today in many states. High bud-to-leaf ratio and dense flowers, which is unique for a real Sour, but the real flavor is there if you grow through enough plants. Dried buds are platinum white and light green, with large calyxes coated in a beautifully crystalline frost. This is a high- quality high-potency line that rivals all other Sours. Plants are vigorous, with great resistance to powdery mildew and mold. They can get massive. Large frosty lime green flowers are some of the highest quality we’ve ever experienced. Those who love a classic Sour Diesel will find a deep attachment to this sensational seed line.
