The Mouse (SEMA3G) Semaphorin-3G ELISA Kit measures Semaphorin-3G in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse SEMA3G antibody. SEMA3G present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse SEMA3G Antibody is added and binds to SEMA3G in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SEMA3G antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse SEMA3G. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

No more painful cracked heels! These really do work!

These really do work well. This is one of the first winters that I have not experienced painful, cracked heels. They are long lasting, and definitely make my heels smoother and softer after wearing them. For the first few times wearing them I simply went with the moisturizer embedded in them. After a few uses I then covered my heels with Aquaphor Advanced Therapy Healing Ointment. This worked even better, and I would recommend it. I am very glad I bought these. Of note, I have really big feet that are quite wide and the XL are a little snug but not uncomfortably so. I use them overnight, but also have worn them under socks and they work fine.
